THE STORYWe wanted Konect to highlight the seamless travel destinations as bold and clearly wherever applicable within the app and campaign. The core themes had to highlight how Konect users planned their destinations and local cultures with tools and information to travel confidently.
The challenges within the hero framework centered on addressing common travel hassles, such as planning logistics, discovering authentic experiences and staying up to date. Designing a service for travel and ticketing is relatively straightforward however, building additional features that enhance the overall experience is far more complex and crucial for retaining customers.
