Isolated elderly individuals often face significant challenges due to loneliness, limited social interaction and reduced access to support. This final project within my studies aimed to tackle and bring awareness to the matter.

Additionally, creating spaces for intergenerational interaction or supporting caregivers can also help reduce feelings of isolation and improve overall well-being.

B2B MATERIALSThis edition aims to share the stories and experiences of elderly individuals facing loneliness and isolation. Targeted at a younger audience, it encourages taking the initiative to visit an elderly person, whether a relative or someone in the community to help reduce feelings of isolation. All information and interviews have been collected from Hawthorn Green care home.
