THE TARGET AUDIENCEThe platform is designed for staff, employers and not just researchers. This means the information presented should cater to a wide range of professional backgrounds and levels of technical understanding. It’s therefore essential not only to portray accurate and reliable data but also to ensure that it’s visually clear, engaging and intuitive to interpret.
The interface should use accessible language, concise summaries and visual elements - such as graphs, charts and infographics that communicate insights quickly without overwhelming the user. Consistency in design and layout also plays a vital role in helping users navigate the platform easily.
